There is an annual, general membership Association meeting each May. At this time, directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. A meeting notice, the previous year's minutes, and copies of the annual audited financial statement are mailed to all members in advance of the meeting.

The thirteen (including one non-voting management representative) member Board meets bi-monthly and as necessary for special needs.

BEAU CHÊNE GARDEN CLUB

The Garden Club is a non-profit organization committed to promoting the horticultural aesthetics of the Beau Chêne community through education and leadership. The club was organized in 1984. It is not officially associated with the Beau Chêne Homeowners Association, but has a common interest with the Association in desiring an attractive community.
